For customers who purchased a configuration project. Focus is on understanding the delivered work, not troubleshooting unrelated problems or adding features. Additional implementation is quoted separately. Discord, with customer-controlled screen sharing where useful.

Guided sessions are live, interactive help, not unlimited troubleshooting or ongoing support.

How It Works

Email your goal and relevant setup information to business@zethnos.com.
Clarify scope and agree on a price before any work begins.
Payment is arranged through PayPal or Ko-fi after scope approval. I confirm the available payment method and next steps, and work begins only after payment clears and all required materials have been received.
Delivery includes the agreed configuration, documentation, and applicable testing.

Expectations & Privacy

Windows-first service. Other operating systems may be assessed by request, without implying standard support.
Email-first and asynchronous by default. Standard turnaround: 3 to 5 business days after payment clears and all required materials are received.
One reasonable revision round for a mismatch with the agreed scope. New features and changed requirements are quoted separately.
Two email follow-ups within seven calendar days of delivery, limited to the work delivered.
Share redacted screenshots or configuration exports where possible. Never send passwords, stream keys, account recovery codes, authentication tokens, or similar secrets. Remote access is not included by default; you retain control of your computer.
Third-party plugins, APIs, and services can change. Paid plugins, hardware, and subscriptions are not included unless quoted.
No guarantee that every technical issue can be repaired.
Cancellation before work begins: refund available on request. After work begins, a refund for the uncompleted portion may be available where reasonably calculable, subject to applicable law. Raise delivery concerns by email.
